Feedback on ResLife Professional Staff from RAs

This page is available for RAs to give feedback on their supervisors (other forms are available for professional staff and non-RA students to give feedback). For your feedback to be used, it must be submitted no later than November 4, 2007.

Please note that while you must attached your name to any feedback you give (anonymous feedback will be discarded), your name will not be shared with your supervisor. Any feedback given on this form will be sent to your supervisor's supervisor only. They will need your name if they have clarification requests about your feedback. It will also allow us to be sure that each RA has given feedback.

When giving feedback, please remember the following:

•  The more specific, the more useful.

•  Supervisors of your supervisor may wish to follow-up with you to learn more about the feedback.

•  Evaluations are not a time for surprises. Supervisors in ResLife hope that RAs have shared concerns directly with supervisors and we may ask if you have done so. If you haven't, we'll talk about how you might follow-up with your supervisor.

•  We are more concerned with an issue where feedback has been given and ignored, rather than those where feedback has not been given. This is especially true with interpersonal issues.

•  Supervisors are receiving a wide-range of feedback and will have to be somewhat selective about what is written into the evaluation.
