Ways to Lead, Getting Involved & Things To Do
Notify RAs about events on campus!
Join
your Community/Neighborhood Council
Every area has their own Community Council and every
Residence Hall floor has their own Neighborhood
Council. This is your opportunity to join in
addressing community issues and offering community
events to your fellow Hoyas.
InterHall
This campus-wide organization serves as the voice of
students in the halls. Representation is
offered to every community council. InterHall
is open to anyone on campus and works to address
resident concerns and offer leadership and
programming for those who live on the Hilltop.
Join the Residential Judicial
Council
RJC is a student organization that hears
alleged violations of the Student Code of Conduct.
These student councils collaborate with Residence
Life and the Office of Student Conduct.
Join the Residents of Color Council
The Residents of Color Council (ROCC) was
founded in 2005 by residents who wanted to further
address the unique issues of living on campus as a
Resident of Color. They have provided
trainings, collaborated with LEAD, and hosted
philanthropy events.
Participate or create a
Living & Learning Community
Georgetown currently has eight Living Learning
Communities on campus. You can learn more
about joining our existing communities or about
forming a new one.
